Chicken and spring greens lasagne

Enough for 4 or 6

This is a long recipe but it doesn’t actually take that long to make. Start with the sauce and give it a bit of time. You can make this ahead. Reserve about 150ml of the pasta cooking water to add to the sauce. If you would rather not use butter then keep to the olive oil and drizzle over some extra virgin olive oil when you plate up.
