Lockdown #3 Menu Plan 3

So it’s week three and we seem to have settled into a routine and I am just about managing to get everyone up for breakfast and then get lunch on the table on time with something nice for tea and then supper!  It feels like a bit of a treadmill for everyone and being locked down once again means that a highlight

salmon and courgette with crispy leeks and harissa roasted potatoes

Spaghetti carbonara and roasted broccoli

7-spice duck wraps with cucumber, spring rolls, floppy lettuce and hoisin sauce

Bangers, mash, stir fried cabbage, onion gravy

Ham and cheese toasties with onion and tomato

Salmon teriyaki with mushrooms, rice and chilli garlic broccoli
