These are great fun courses for men to come and learn some fantastic new skills and recipes to take home which are guaranteed to impress (surprise!) family and friends alike. So whether you love cooking and want to expand your repertoire, or if you want to extend your knowledge beyond frying an egg, or you simply want to earn some Brownie points with the wife and kids, you’ll find these courses jam-packed full of tasty recipes, helpful tips and useful skills.

In the past we have covered how to joint meat effortlessly, knock up perfect roasts, skin fish and create some sensational sauces too. But it doesn’t stop at the fundamentals either – we’ve made everything from open lobster ravioli, slow roasted pork belly with crispy crackling to sushi rolls to mini lemon tarts. Ingredients are seasonal but do contact us to find out the menu of the day. No previous experience required.

If you have something specific you’d like to learn how to make or a particular skill you’d like to hone, get a bunch of mates together and we can design a bespoke course to exactly suit what you need. And rest assured, cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are always served to celebrate achievements both small and large!

Thank you Flora for a great day on Sat. The food went down a storm at home and the raspberry sorbet and chicken is being saved for a small dinner party..my kitchen ‘debut’ in the dinner party circuit…!!
A lot of fun and we should do a game day another time.

I have been reflecting on what an absolutely superb day Ed, Rupert and I spent under your spell last Saturday. Thank you so much for making it so enjoyable – I am not sure I have had more fun in a kitchen. I have been waxing lyrical about it all week and hope to be back for more of the same.
