Tenderstem Broccoli and Wild Garlic Quiche

Enough for 6 – 8 people

This recipe is for a regular 28cm tart tin.  If you have a high sided tart tin then please increase all the quantities by half but you don’t need to add another egg to the pastry simply add 1 tbsp of cold water. Make sure you rest the pastry so it doesn’t shrink and also egg wash the shell so it doesn’t get a “soggy bottom”.
